Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Hygiene Notice:
Because miswak sticks are oral-care products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any stick that has been cut, chewed, soaked, or used in any way, even if only partially. This ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately at hello@grxystudio.com if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Personal care or hygiene products (including all miswak sticks once opened)

Sale items or gift cards

Custom or personalized products

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the unused item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.
The item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
