Subscription Policy

When you purchase a product on a subscription plan from GRXY STUDIO, you agree to receive recurring shipments at the interval selected during checkout. Your card will be automatically charged for each renewal unless you cancel your subscription.

How It Works

  • Each product page clearly displays two options:
    (1) One-Time Purchase and (2) Subscribe & Save $5.

  • The subscription option is pre-selected to highlight the savings.

  • Selecting “Subscribe & Save” means your order will automatically renew at your chosen delivery interval (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).

  • If you prefer not to subscribe, simply select “One-Time Purchase” before adding to your cart.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date — no fees, no penalties.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded under the subscription plan.

  • To cancel or manage your subscription, log into your customer account or contact us directly at hello@grxystudio.com

Billing & Renewal

  • By subscribing, you authorize GRXY Studio to charge your selected payment method for recurring orders until you cancel.

  • Billing occurs on the same date as your original purchase (or the next available business day).

  • If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry the charge until successful. Repeated failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or canceled.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Because miswak sticks are oral-care products, used, cut, chewed, or soaked sticks cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact hello@grxystudio.com and we’ll make it right.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update subscription pricing or terms in the future. Any changes will apply to new orders moving forward. Existing subscriptions will remain at their current rate unless otherwise stated.
